Heart to Heart Counseling is remaining open. 

We are taking every precaution to protect your health and ours. We are following CDC guidelines (www.cdc.org) and encourage you to do the same:

·       Avoid congregating in groups of 50 or more

·       Stay home if you are sick

·       Cover coughs and sneezes (elbow or tissue)

·       Wash your hands (20 sec with soap and water)

·       Clean up after yourself (frequently touched surfaces daily)

·       Maintain physical distance (rule of thumb is arms-length)

 We are also offering TeleHealth (video call) for face-to-face therapy in the event you are unable to come into the office or prefer to remain home.

·       Spruce Communications App on your phone

·       All sessions are self-pay at the reduced rate of $60 per 45 min session (due in advance - requires valid credit card on file). This is due to the lack of clarity and ongoing changes with regard to insurance coverage for TeleHealth.

·       Contact your individual therapist to discuss if this is appropriate for you
